And they said, The God of the Hebrews hath met with us: let us go, we pray thee, three days' journey into the wilderness, and sacrifice unto Jehovah our God, lest he fall upon us with pestilence, or with the sword.

And they said,ºº The Godº of the Hebrewsº hath metºº withº us: let us go,ººº we pray thee,º threeº days'º journeyº into the desert,º and sacrificeºº unto the LORDº our God;º lestº he fallºº uponº us with pestilence,º orº with the sword.º

And they said,ºº The Godº of the Hebrewesº hath metºº withº vs: let vs goe,ººº we pray thee,º threeº dayesº iourneyº into the desert,º and sacrificeºº vnto the LORDº our God,º lestº hee fallºº vponº vs with pestilence,º orº with the sword.º

And they say to him, The God of the Hebrews has called us to him: we will go therefore a three days' journey into the wilderness, that we may sacrifice to the Lord our God, lest at any time death or slaughter happen to us.

And they said,ºº The ´Élöhîm אֱלֹהִיםº of the `Ivrîm עִברִיםº hath metºº withº us: let us go,ººº we pray thee,º threeº days'º journeyº into the desert,º and sacrificeºº unto Yähwè יָהוֶהº our ´Élöhîm אֱלֹהִים;º lestº he fallºº uponº us with pestilence,º orº with the sword.º
