Then David said to Ornan, Give me the place of this threshing-floor, that I may build thereon an altar unto Jehovah: for the full price shalt thou give it me, that the plague may be stayed from the people.

Then Davidº saidºº toº Ornan,º Grantºº me the placeº of [this] threshingfloor,º that I may buildºº an altarº therein unto the LORD:º thou shalt grantºº it me for the fullº price:º that the plagueº may be stayedºº fromºº the people.º

Then Dauidº saideºº toº Ornan,º Grantºº mee the placeº of [this] threshing floore,º that I may buildºº an Altarº therein vnto the LORD:º thou shalt grantºº it mee for the fullº price,º that the plagueº may be stayedºº fromºº the people.º

And David said to Araunah{gr.Orna}, Give me thy place of the threshing-floor, and I will build upon it an altar to the Lord: give it me for its worth in money, and the plague shall cease from [among] the people.
